Do you require a deposit to rent a car?

Since it takes several days for the UAE’s traffic fines to be updated in the online system, we request a certain amount from you as a pre-authorisation deposit. We will hold an amount from you for 15 days from the date you returned the car. The amount and mode of deposit will vary by agreement type.

Is it possible to reserve the rental car?

Yes! You can reserve a car for a rental by contacting one of our sales representatives. It may vary depending on your request. Conditions apply.

Do late-return fees apply?

There is a 2 hours (120 minute) grace period for returns. After 2 hours, full-day late charges apply.

Does the cost of the rental include the fuel/salik?

The daily rental charge does not include the fuel cost, but we provide a full tank of fuel for cars, which you must keep at the same level while you return the vehicle. For the Salik, the payment will be collected from the individual who rents the car after he/she returns the vehicle, in addition to the rental fee.

Can I extend the date of return of the rental cars?

Yes, you are able to do this. With 24 hours heads-up, you can extend the return date.

What if I exceed the mileage limit?

The rental car is only allowed a maximum of 250 kilometres of driving per day. The additional miles driven will be charged at the end of the rental period, depending on the type of vehicle.

What is the minimum age for car rental?

The minimum age requirement for renting a car from us is 23.

What kinds of insurance policies do you have?

When you hire a car from us, you have an option to choose an insurance coverage called CDW. CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) covers you from any damage to the rental cars in a collision. We recommend that you add this to your rental.
